Welcome to Tin Roof Landing, open and bright 4 bedroom & 2 bath cottage with a cozy fireplace, panoramic views and plenty of space for families. Grab coffee on the wraparound deck to watch the sunrise or relax under the stars in the hot tub. Nestled on 10 acres to a secluded inlet, It boasts green space, a vegetable garden, fire pit and waterfront for kayaking, SUP, or access the main river for boating. In winter, try skating, ice fishing. You have landed! 4th bedroom is detached from main house

Notre chalet tranquille et bien situé vous servira d'excellent pied-à-terre entre les centres touristiques de Shediac et Bouctouche. À deux pas de la mer, le Borlicoco tire son nom des escargots sur la plage et de l'escalier en colimaçon. Les levers de soleil sur l'île de Cocagne sont à couper le souffle, et on peut observer les bateaux voguer en se prélassant sur l'une des deux terrasses. Le chalet comporte une chambre double et un futon confortable, ainsi qu'une cuisine bien équipée.

Petite salle de bain avec douche. Laveuse et corde à linge pour séchage. Non-fumeur. Arrivée à 15h et départ à 11h. Minimum 7 nuits juillet et août.
