super séjour, nous avons été accueilli par Richard, un ami de Geoffroy, serviable et disponible à tous moments. Appartement très bien situé,très propre, climatisé, tres fonctionnelle à tous les niveaux au cœur de St Raphaël, proche de la mer à 2 minutes. A mis chemin entre Cannes et St Tropez, résidence très calme. Les gens sont très accueillants et le propriétaire est très réactif, même à distance. Nos 2 chiens se sont régalés dans la mer. Nous avons fait de très belles balades et avons découvert une magnifique région. Merci beaucoup pour tout Geoffroy et Richard pour votre accueil. Nous vous recommandons ++. Des hôtes très sympathiques et avenants. Le logement était parfait avec une vue magnifique. Il ne manquait absolument rien, beaucoup d’attention sur les détails, qui fait la différence. L’environnement est très calme et reposant. La gare se situe à 10 minutes à pied rejoignant les principales villes de la Côte d’Azur (Nice Cannes Fréjus etc) pour trois fois rien ce qui est très pratique (pas de nécessité à prendre la voiture) Foncez !!

Appartement conforme à la description, près de la mer et disposant d’une très grande piscine dans la résidence qui était très peu fréquentée en cette deuxième quinzaine du mois d’août. Très propre et acceuil parfait avec Heidi et Jeroen. Rien à redire

This apartment is fantastic value, the apartment is less than 2 minutes from the beach. The best restaurant i Juan Les Pins "Le Bistrot" is 50 metres away! A decent supermarket is just around the corner and yet it still feel quiet in the apartment. The apartment is large, comfortable and clean. Angela is very responsive and helpful. it's great!

Quel formidable endroit pour découvrir Nice et ses environs ! La maison est en tous points conforme à son descriptif et aux photos. Tous les équipements utiles sont présents. Elle est très propre et très bien rangée. Sa situation est exceptionnelle sur la Promenade des Anglais avec une magnifique vue sur la Méditerranée et la vieille ville à 2 pas. Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans cette maison et y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir. Merci Eileen et Connie pour votre accueil.

Nous avons apprécié le logement très agréable, bien équipé et fonctionnel. L'endroit calme est situé proche du sentier du littoral et des plages. Marc est très disponible et très accueillant. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour.

We stayed at Francoise's house for 1 week in April and had a lovely time. The house is nice and quiet, well equipped, with a private garden and access to the shared pool, and short walk to multiple coves and beaches for swimming. St Raphael is a short walk or cycle away. We would recommend this place.

Beautiful tiny apartment. It was originally a two car garage, which was nicely transformed into an apartment. The bedroom is one car and the kitchen the other car. :-) along them there is a hall with a closet and the toilet alongside the bedroom while the shower alongside the kitchen. The deck outside is fantastic: both the sea and the property house offer great views. We used the kitchen for minimal eating, we walked or drove for dinner-out restaurants with lots of seafood. Lots of walk-able trails in the area as well as short to medium drive time to more trails. My wife and I loved the time here!

We had a beautiful holiday at this villa; 9 of us stayed comfortably, with plenty of space and everything you could need for a great holiday. We spent most of our time in the pool, it’s a fab size and with the garden, it is perfect for kids. The villa is very private, just a few mins walk to a very small beach and few minutes to bus stops. We didn’t drive so found it a little far from the supermarket to walk but buses were regular, easy and cheap! The surrounding areas of Nice, Cannes and especially Antibes are stunning. Overall a perfect holiday, thank you ☺️

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, cozy apartment in Antibes. The location is perfect—2 minutes from a supermarket, next to a gas station, and walking distance to the beach, pharmacy, and restaurants. The design is beautiful, and the ground-floor garden, where friendly-fancy cats visited each morning, was a lovely touch. The apartment had everything we needed: fast internet, two smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds, and spacious closets. Everything felt modern or new, making it a perfect home away from home. Mikko, the owner, was attentive and quick to respond, while Nora, the SUPER host, made sure we had everything for a great stay. There’s absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. It will undoubtedly be our first choice the next time we visit the Côte d’Azur. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la maison de Xavier , nous avons tout adoré : l’emplacement super pratique à côté des commerces et plages , la maison est superbe , j’ai eu un réel coup de cœur pour cette maison ! Fabrice et Xavier ont étaient super réactifs et gentils ! Nous n’aurions pas imaginé être mieux reçus !! Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine avec toute la famille ! Merci encore Fabrice et Xavier

Le logement était vraiment top : spacieux, propre et parfaitement équipé, il ne manquait rien pour passer un bon séjour. Le vrai plus, c’est la notice très claire pour accéder au logement, avec l’emplacement exact et les instructions précises pour entrer le code. Super pratique ! Le digicode est également un vrai atout, surtout quand on est plusieurs — chacun peut rentrer à son rythme sans avoir besoin de clés. Je recommande sans hésiter ! Et je reviendrais sûrement

Our family had a wonderful stay at Mathieu and Sophie's beautiful home! They're backyard is a perfect spot to relax under the tree and overlook the ocean. It's also a perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunrises. The home is very modern with very high tech controls but able to quickly learn due to their very well written instructions. The ability to play music from their built in speakers was a nice touch. Having a private parking spot was very helpful since we had a car. We loved the neighborhood, close to bakeries, a bocci ball park, and not far from restaurants and shopping. But far away enough from the city center for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Thank you to Mathieu and Sophie for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Logement bien situé proche de la mer et très bien équipé. Croisette et les commerçants étaient accessibles à pied. Séjour très agréable et notre hôte a toujours été disponible pour toute question.

Alloggio pulito, ordinato e ben rifornito. Le foto corrispondono alla realtà. Il patio esterno un piccolo gioiello!!! Si sentivano le onde del mare! L'alloggio è vicino ad un supermercato rifornito di tutto e a due minuti a piedi dal mare con accesso a spiaggia attrezzata o libera. Abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto all'interno della residenza e non abbiamo più avuto la necessità di usarla fino alla partenza. Paca è stato davvero gentilissimo, sia al nostro arrivo che alla partenza. Sicuramente torneremo!!!!

das studio entsprach genau der beschreibung & fotos. claude/dominique waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. die lage ist sehr gut. man ist in 5 minuten am sentier littorlal. kommen gerne wieder.👌🤗👍
