The Sawmill Cottage is 1500 SF cabin featuring a master BR and full bath on main leading to a spacious screened porch with beautiful view of woods. There is an extra Apartment available, see below. The second floor contains a loft BR with full bath. Located on wooded acreage with over a half mile of walking trails to beautiful Canton Creek with overlooking treehouse and hot tub. Only 5 minute drive to I-575, Northside Hospital, and retailing. Smart TV and wi-fi. Parking directly in front.

Newly renovationed, cozy in-law suite

Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.

Quiet guesthouse on horsefarm in Hickory Flat

This cottage is the original home we built and lived in when we bought the property. It was our home for 10 years before we built the larger main house for our growing family which is located in front of the guesthouse. This farm has been our home for 30 years. So if you love a “home environment” and not the hotel experience for your stay this peaceful horse farm with nature all around could be just the right choice. Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 5 goats, Dori, her older daughter Mocha, and goats born this past Jan!
