Grayson’s house was in a wonderful spot with great views! The amenities here were top notch! I would highly recommend looking into Grayson’s house if you are looking to stay around the Colorado Springs area! Grayson was very flexible with an early check in with us and had everything we needed for the long weekend! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Ingrid and Robert are the definition of Superhosts. They gave us and our pup such a warm welcome and were incredibly kind, thoughtful, flexible, accommodating, responsive, yet respectful of our privacy. They truly go above and beyond. It is evident that they love hosting people in their cozy and spotless space above the garage. They included everything you might need for a great stay. Some of the thoughtful extras: a personalized welcome sign, gate opener, a quick tour of the space, bathrobes, cozy bedding, a guidebook with helpful instructions and local recommendations, breakfast items, and even freshly ground coffee. The location was perfect — minutes from Santa’s Workshop, Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, and Manitou Springs. The area was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. We only wish we had more time to stay. Thank you, Ingrid and Robert, for a truly unforgettable experience! We look forward to visiting again!!

What a wonderful place! Before we arrived Debbie got ahold of us asking when we might arrive. She asked because if we were arriving after dark they wanted to leave lights on for us, very considerate. Upon arrival Debbie greeted us and showed us how to use the hot tub, turning on and adjusting jets, adjusting the heat, opening and closing the cover. On the first night of our stay there was a power outage. They hooked up a generator and were able to restore power to the lights and tv. Before they were able to get the generator going they brought us flashlights and a small battery powered light we could hang on the wall. The place matched the pictures online perfectly, it was exactly what we expected. The only exception was the flowers weren’t blooming but it’s February 😁. The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable, the hosts were awesome, the hot tub was fantastic and we very highly recommend staying with Deane and Debbie. They went above and beyond to make us feel right at home!

Beautiful place inside and outside. Lots to look at and very relaxing. Be aware of a dirt drive uphill. The road is well packed down but would have been harder in a smaller car. But if you are looking to have quiet and away from the busy area this is where to go!

Shelly’s place is one of my favorite stays with air bnb so far. The views are phenomenal and the condo is beautiful with everything we needed. Relaxing at the end of the day in the hot tub while watching the sunset behind the mountains was a huge perk for us. We loved every second and will be back!

We LOVED staying at Laura’s place. Very clean, decorated beautifully and a great view of Pikes Peak. Loved the hot tub after a busy day hiking. Would definitely stay here again.

We felt right at home the moment that we arrived. Julie's home was immaculate and extremely cozy. The mountain views are unbeatable and we even had some deer come through the yard the morning we checked out. Thank you so much for making your home accessible to visitors. Staying here was a real treat.

Me and my family enjoyed our short stay in Tim’s place. It is really a cozy home, very clean styled with a great taste which caught my attention. My mom & 2 daughters liked it so much. The location is also a plus factor, safe & quiet. All positive comments about our stay! Highly recommend!

Kathleen was the kindest host I have stayed with so far and it's hosts like her that make Airbnb so wonderful. Her home was beautiful and we loved experiencing it during our stay. Her kitchen is ready to cook with, she prepped the bathroom with extra towels, overall she was very considerate for our needs. The cabin is situated around an incredible forest that was so incredible and peaceful to look at. It was truly what we needed to get away from the city. I'm so glad I stayed with Kathleen and I'd be happy to stay again:)

I had a wonderful stay at Rebecca's sweet cabin. It was warm and cozy, with everything I needed to settle in each evening. I was out all day and looked forward to coming back at night. The cabin had a good hot shower, a full kitchen and a comfortable bed with soft quilts and plenty of pillows. I slept well and woke to a family of deer walking by the deck in the early morning. I would definitely come back again.

Austin is an incredible host who was responsive and extremely understanding when our arrival/departure plans had to adjust due to our three young children as well as two cats. Our family LOVED staying at his beautiful house for two months while waiting for our own place to get ready. Austin got us a brand new refrigerator during our stay and the kitchen had all necessary amenities for our long stay. The hot tub was fantastic and the area is quite peaceful. Our children loved being walking distance from Cottenwood Creek Park and the weather here allowed for plenty of visits even during g February-March. Thank you again for a fantastic stay and we will definitely recommend this place as well as Austin when our family and friends visit from out of town!

The Farm House was such a quaint, relaxing space. They made it easy to find things and had so many thoughtful touches. I was impressed by their baby & kid friendly amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again on our next trip to Colorado Springs.

Crystal was an excellent host, whose description of the listing was surprisingly accurate given what some other reviews complained about. My wife and I found the space exceedingly comfortable and cozy. There are plenty of blankets if you do happen to get chilly, but we visited in the middle of a typical Colorado spring snowstorm and were plenty comfortable both in the bedroom and shared living space. Furthermore, we had no issues whatsoever with the hot water or the size of the bathroom, despite running and hiking in the beautiful surroundings. Fantastic stay all around!

This place is a true gem, comfortable, private, and you can walk anywhere in Old Colorado City with ease. I stayed for 5 weeks and didn't want to leave. You can see Pikes Peak from the front porch, and hiking is beyond abundant. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beth is a fantastic host and this is a fantastic place to stay.

Rick was a fabulous host, the house and yard fit our needs well. We enjoyed relaxing in several great gathering spaces, including the yard around the fire. Our first visit to Colorado Springs, did not disappoint! We loved exploring the beautiful area and found some great restaurants as well. We highly recommend the property!

Brandon’s house was comfortable to stay in. Had good sized rooms and plenty of bathrooms for our travelling party. The location was very convenient and easy to visit garden of the gods and pikes peak as well as drive up north of Denver. There were minor issues with some of the items that I shared with Brandon and he was very quick to respond and was open to addressing those as needed! Great host and a convenient stay overall!

Terry and Tommy responded to all my requests immediately every single. Very respectful and proactive every single time. Their home is amazing with amazing views overlookimg the whole city. was able to see deer very often. I hope when I return their home is available so we can stay there again. Quaint neighborhood for a beautiful historic home! Beautiful ambiance and classic feel.

Overnight getaway to see a few attractions.The apartment was very clean and comfortable.Robin was very responsive in communications at booking and to arrival.There were no issues for the need to reach out during stay.

Hands down cleanest Air BnB I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many. Not to mention, they have thought of everything and what you’re getting for the price is phenomenal. It’s a little further from downtown than I would have liked but wow, so worth it for the beautiful space. Love the outdoor area complete with fire pit.

Our stay here was set in a very relaxing environment, it was peaceful and pleasant. We saw deer in the morning right outside the outside sitting area which is always a blessing. Great location for our stay. We would come back again.
