We would like to offer people from all over the world visiting Los Angeles a place to relax after intense sightseeing tours or after a long work day. We created a little suite that has a separate bedroom, a separate living room, and a private bathroom with amazing views of the valley hills and the city right by the pool. Just have a glass of wine at the end of our back yard on top of the hill and watch the moon and stars, do a few laps in the pool, or just watch a movie in your own living room.

Shares a wall with the rest of the house where my family lives.

Welcome to our California cozy guest house! Relax on the patio or make use of the fold-away desk. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the sofa easily converts to accommodate extra guests. Rest assured with outdoor cameras ensuring safety and privacy. Guests enjoy access via a private side entrance. Assistance is readily available upon request for a comfortable stay. Take advantage of cleaning services for extended visits. Please remember to return the permit to avoid a replacement fee of $50.

Private Guesthouse

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

1BR/1BA Entire Suite + Netflix

Furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom private guest suite in West Hills with a private entrance. Features a spacious bedroom with his/her closet space, a roomy living room, and dining room. Crown moldings, high ceilings, and recessed lighting enhance the interior. The kitchen is well-equipped with a full refrigerator, granite counters, smooth ceilings, and hardwood floors throughout. Walking distance to Woodland Hills Village, Topanga Mall, Costco, AMC, Trader Joe's, Sprouts, etc. Near 101 fwy.

Resto Place w/ private entrance

This in-law suite is built for a private stay. Self check-in and parking available on the street or in driveway upon request. Restoration hardware themed with a Murphy bed for plenty of room to sleep or lounge with a loveseat and ottoman. Relax and enjoy a 40inch tv or work with a floating desk provided. Additionally the suite has a mini fridge and microwave available. Rain shower and cascade tiles accent the bathroom. Built in closet provides storage for your traveling goods.
