The beautiful Villa Sa Rocca Manna is located in the village of Chia and is part of a complex that consists of 3 villas with private entrances and outdoor spaces. This holiday home combines modern comfort with rustic charm and has 2 floors. It consists of an open-plan living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of them with a double bed and a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms (one of them with a luxurious rain shower).

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Si tratta di un edificio indipendente con piccolo giardino annesso e barbecue, una spaziosa camera con letto matrimoniale, un'ampia cucina con divano, un antibagno e un bagno con doccia. Nella casa è presente anche un letto pieghevole nell'eventualità della prenotazione del terzo ospite.
