I Tre Casali Farm - Sovana

In the farm, individual groups of visitors can occupy a little cottage composed by a double bed and a queen-sized bed, a full equipped new kitchen, a divano, a dining space. The cottage is surrounded by our big garden,. Up to 3/4 people can stay comfortably in this suite. The building is an ancient cottage which was restored with good taste and in harmony with the traditional style of Maremma: the external walls are covered with “Tufo” while the inside has brick floor and ceilings with beams. For the most part the cottage is furnished with ancient furniture, and the result is the warm atmosphere of an elegant country house. At “Tre Casali” our guests can approach seasonal agricultural practices but also swim in a large swimming pool (from may until end of september) or appreciate the harmony of the garden and the sweetness of landscape, go for a walk or a trip discovering the territory and the ancient etruscan sites, just walking from our place, sight wild boars, hares and deer, devote themselves to reading or playing chess or even play piano. Breakfast is not included in our services, but at your arrival you will find in your kitchen all you need: milk, coffee, rusks and some of our organic jams. We can organize for our guests tasting of our organic olive oil (with other local products like wines and cheese ). A barbecue in the garden is also at your disposal. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Al terzo piano una terrazza privata con solarium ed una vista panoramica a 360° L'accesso a LA TORRE è privato, direttamente dal giardino, attraverso un portale del 1400

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Appartamento Namaste, mare, lago e Terme di Vulci

Casa vacanze Namaste, silenzio in natura. Bel riposo con ampia vista sul uliveto, incredibile tramonto e di notte cielo stellato. Ci troviamo in un punto giusto per raggiungere così tanti belli posti: Terme di Vulci e Saturnia, lago di Bolsena, mare a Montalto e l'ultima spiaggia della Toscana, necropoli Etrusca di Tarquinia, Capalbio, il giardino dei Tarocchi, Tuscania, l'Eremo di Poggio Conte, il Duomo di Orvieto e civita di Bagnoregio.

Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio si dovrà necessariamente procedere a piedi lungo il ponte, unica via di accesso alla nostra "perla di tufo". L'Incanto di Civita is located in the ancient hamlet of Civita di Bagnoregio. Villa boutique immersa nel bosco all’interno del Parco dei Cimini alle pendici del Monte Cimino (800 m. s.l.m) L'immobile è grande circa 450mq ed è circondato da circa 1,5 ettari di giardino/pineta. La villa è dotata di una sauna e un hot tube a legna privata nel bosco. Una casa progettata da uno dei migliori architetti del centro Italia ed è sapientemente arredata.
