Sleeps 15. Cook in the open kitchen, gather by the stone fireplace, or dine at the 12-person table on the porch overlooking the lake. Finished basement has a wet bar, ice machine, game tables, and a daybed swing overlooking the water. Firepit, double-decker porches, water toys, quiet neighborhood.

Relax with family and friends at this peaceful place to stay. Welcome to our 3BR 2BA fully equipped lake house with an amazing outdoor entertainment space. Enjoy the sunrise on the covered front porch, and sunset on the covered back patio with a view of the lake. Equipped to sleep 11 people comfortably, ample parking space for cars and all of your toys. Two driveway entry points, electric car charger outlet. Less than a mile from the public boat ramp! We allow pets but must be authorized.

Rough River Retreat

You will enjoy plenty of space to sleep 10+ in this 3 bedroom and 2 full bath home. The Primary suite offers a King bed and private bath with walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed while the 3rd bedroom offers a queen bed & twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath. A full size air mattress or pack in play is available upon request. A 2nd full bath is centrally located next to the open and REMODELED kitchen and living area. LOCATED 2 MILES FROM NICKS DOCK AND STATE PARK/RAMP.

Escape to this cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath cabin at Rough River Lake! Sleeping 6 with 3 beds, it overlooks the river banks and offers a fire pit area, picnic table, plus a front porch with rocking chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all-new pots, pans, dishes, and a coffee maker. Enjoy the provided indoor/outdoor games, bikes, books, fishing, kayaking, and a nearby golf course. The Blue Lagoon

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retreat on Rough River Lake. Close to local restaurants, convenience stores, and nearby boat ramps. Two local golf courses at Rough River State Park & Lafayette. NOTE: The Army Core of Engineers reduces the lake during the winter months (i.e. October-March) and the water levels are much lower than seen in the pictures. You will still be able to access the water but the water will not be up to tree line.

This newly renovated home is located in a rural, quiet town off the WK Parkway in Leitchfield. We are in a great central location to Elizabethtown, Mammoth Cave and Rough River & Nolin Lakes. This 1700 sq. ft. home features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and TVs. You’ll find stainless appliances, a Keurig, pots, pans and other necessities in the kitchen. In the bedrooms you'll find a comfortable memory foam bed as well as a TV, nightstand, and dresser.

The Treehouse

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located 2 bedroom, 1 bath second floor apartment. Fully furnished, cozy, and located right in the center of Leitchfield. Also centrally located between Rough River (10 minutes) and Nolin lake (22 minutes) with room for boat trailer parking. With restaurants and grocery stores less than 5 minutes away, this apartment is also perfect for extended stays. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds.

Cooter Valley on The Rough

Cooter Valley is a newly built cottage in the secluded Indian Valley Neighborhood! Take a 5 minute stroll to the boat ramp to fish or relax by the camp fire. Use our 2 kayaks or bring your own boat! Enjoy our large covered patio where u can see and hear the water…it has a smart tv, pellet/gas grill, outdoor games & lots of seating! You’ll see why it’s our guest favorite spot!
