La villa si trova a Capo d'Arco, un vasto Comprensorio privato a 5 Km. da Porto Azzurro e 10 da Rio Marina e a cui si accede solo con autorizzazione. Luminosissima e affacciata sulla scogliera, con una vista mare a 180°, la villa permette di essere vissuta all'esterno, grazie alla vasta terrazza attrezzata con zona living, 2 zone pranzo (una nel patio e una in terrazza vista mare), e la magnifica piscina privata a picco sulla baia. Situata su una collina, la terrazza di oltre 200 metri quadrati offre una vista mozzafiato sulla baia di Portoferraio e sul mare con le colline e i boschetti nell‘entroterra. Lontana dalle strutture turistiche, Casa Georgii si trova in una posizione centrale. Portoferraio, Porto Azzurro e Capoliveri sono solo ad un quarto d‘ora di distanza. Incantevoli spiagge si trovano nelle vicinanze e possono essere raggiunte rapidamente e facilmente in auto.

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

La Torre sopra il mare

La Torre ist einer von zwei antiken Wachtürmen im wunderschönen Ort Marciana Marina. Der Turm wurde schon auf Karten des 16. Jahrhunderts als Torre di Poggio vermerkt und im 18. Jahrhundert als Zollstelle fuer die Handelsware von See umfunktioniert. Im Jahr 2023 wurde der Turm von einer Interior -Designerin umgebaut. Das Resultat ist eine Synergie aus antiken Resten und modernem Komfort. Die einzigartige Lage direkt über dem Wasser lassen jeden Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis werden.

La Guardiola - Capo Perla

La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.
