Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Situated amongst natural beauty on the outskirts of Varenna the apartment offers 3 large terraces with magnificent lake views overlooking Bellagio, Vezio Castle & the many Ferries traversing the lake. In the evening you can watch the sun set over the lake from the comfort of your sofa. The flat has a private hot tub on the 3rd terrace for your use only 24/7 There’s also access to the condo spa with hot tub, indoor pool, sauna & steam room, shared but bookable privately 1 hour a day.
