Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Grande appartamento arredato con mobili d'epoca con un' incredibile vista sulla val di Cornia e sulla costa degli Etruschi. Tutte le finestre offrono un meraviglioso affaccio sulla valle sottostante e sulla costa. La nostra abitazione è dotata di un cucinotto, un bagno, una grande sala e due grandi camere che possono ospitare fino ad 5 persone. La location è situata al secondo piano di una dimora storica. Una grande terrazza è a vostra disposizione dove passare delle indimenticabili serate.

Rilassati qui con la famiglia. La nostra posizione collinare ti consente di trascorrere le vacanze nella pace della campagna e raggiungere spiagge e paesini molto caratteristici in pochi minuti. Il nostro appartamento ospita un massimo di cinque persone e si compone di grande camera che accoglie un letto matrimoniale ed un singolo, un salotto con divano letto matrimoniale, una cucina molto spaziosa e bagno con vasca. Lo spazio esterno è ampio ed attrezzato per godervi le vostre vacanze.

The apartment is part of the Dolce Vita Vacation House. A traditional Tuscan farmhouse situated only 2 km from Campiglia M. ma, few minutes from the beaches of Rimigliano and Gulf of Baratti. A lovely mini two room apartment (30 mq) located on the ground floor of the old barn. Comfortable with garden view. It has a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and a double bed. In the garden dining area with picnic table. Perfect for 2 people even with their four-legged friends.

Our beloved garden house is situated in the heart of Suvereto just a 5 minute walk from the main car park, free of charge. It consists of 1 private entrance, living room with sofa bed and TV (with Netflix) and access to the main bathroom with a large shower, 1 romantic double room with private bathroom, 1 smaller room with bunk bed - ideal for children. A terracotta staircase connects the living room with the kitchen and with the garden with veranda and outdoor shower.

Tuscany-flavor house in the heart of the typical village of Campiglia Marittima. Campiglia Marittima is a medieval village, seaside is just 5 kilometers away. The house is placed just under the castle on top of the village. For this reason the house can't be reached by car. You will be dining a few meters away from Italian Middle Age in a fresh and comfortable patio. The house is wide and spacious and particularly fresh during the summer.

Casa Ilia è situata all’interno del borgo medioevale di Campiglia Marittima. Per raggiungerla dovrete entrare all’interno delle mura e immergervi nella fantastica atmosfera del paese. Vicino a casa Ilia troverete una pasticceria, un’enoteca, alcuni bar e ristoranti e un market. ATTENZIONE: Ilia è situata all’interno del borgo. Il parcheggio è poco distante fuori dalle mura.
