Renovated 1-bedroom unit overlooking the swimming pool, located on Linear Park with a short 10-minute walk to Paradise Obahn. Just a 7-minute bus ride to the City, with a walking and bike track right outside your door. Full use of the swimming pool . A shopping center with a supermarket is within walking distance. Our studio apartment is within walking distance to the Black Hill Conservation Park (which has stunning views as in photos), and public transport to the city centre. We live on a quiet no-through street with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and amenities within a few minutes' drive away. The Studio Apartment is completely detached from our home ensuring your privacy and includes a kitchenette (microwave cooking only) and en-suite. Please note that while we do allow dogs, cats are not welcome.
