Adorable Carriage House with amazing views!

Welcome to our little piece of paradise. Our carriage house is upstairs and has amazing views. One bedroom with a King bed is located on the main floor with a deck off the bedroom. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Flat screen TV with Xbox 1. The other two bedrooms are located in the open lofts. They have to be accessed by the ladder/stairs in the pictures. You will have access to our private pond and as much fishing as you would like. We also have kayaks you are welcome to use.

Located by Creekmore Park, it is in a perfect location for quick and easy access to: • Downtown / Convention Center • Baptist Health Hospital • UAFS • U.S. Marshals Museum • Tons of shopping, dining etc. on Rogers Avenue You’ll love sipping your coffee (from our coffee bar) on the back patio as you enjoy eating dinner hot off our BBQ grill or cooked in our stocked kitchen. Enjoy toys for the kids and supportive mattresses to sleep all night!

Newly remodeled w/rustic decor, convenient to everything you'll need, & access to the lake nearby to kayak, fish, hike, walk the trails, or just watch the wildlife! (and we'll even provide the kayak & life jackets...just bring your fishing gear)! Only 5 miles from Walmart & less than 2 miles to the local grocery store & Dollar General. For extended stays of 30 days or more, please know that an inspection of the property will be required every 15 days. We kindly ask that you do basic indoor upkeep of the house.
