Enjoy the included continental breakfast in the shared, gourmet kitchen to serve at a luxe hardwood table amid exposed brick, large picture windows, and vibrant artwork and decor. * New private & modern bedroom with private bath. * Newly renovated 3-bedroom mid-century home with private swimming pool & lush landscaping. * This B&B listing includes continental breakfast we set up daily in the shared gourmet kitchen. Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. The bathroom is just a three steps from the room and we provide bathrobes for your convenience. You are welcome to the kitchen & fridge, private swimming pool, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Smartphone navigation will guide you to our address easily and with accuracy. We are less than 10 mins from the airport. Our house is pet-free and we are non smokers.

Arcadia is hands down the best neighborhood in all of Phoenix! The Avery East Bungalow is a beautifully built and designed Rafterhouse home, known for their top notch quality and attention to detail in every aspect! Home in Camelback East

Newly renovated home with an amazing backyard in the prime location of Uptown Phoenix! A great place to stay for families and friends. There are 3 bedrooms, two with full bathrooms. Stocked with all the essentials. Enjoy the backyard retreat with pool, bbq, as well as a TV to enjoy watching sports or anything you choose. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Only 15 minute drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor International airport. Peloton bike!
