The Old Stables at 1A

This unique place has a style all off its own. Newley renovated from an old stables, it has all the charm of a time gone by and all the mod cons and comfort that is needed for todays living. It is in the heart of Carshalton Village with beautiful walks around the ponds and park and historic Church and buildings. Village pubs and shops and only 30min commute into London from Carshalton Station it also a short journey to East Croydon linking Gatwick Airport. Nearby is Royal Marsden Hospital.

Grade 2 Listed London Almshouse Cottage, Hackney

Very characterful Grade 2 Listed London Almshouse built in 1655 originally. sympathetically renovated in 2019 by award winning architects, preserving original beams and some architectural features such as the chimney stacks, beams & pitched ceilings. The cosy one bed cottage is located in London's uber cool borough of Hackney and right in the middle of the relatively recently gentrified neighbourhood of Clapton which is bustling with bars, restaurants, wine shops and cool indie shops.

Cosy cottage in North London near tube

A beautiful, semi-detached Victorian, cottage built in 1862. In north London with a 100ft garden. The cottage is bright and airy with original features inc stable garden door and floorboards to cosy fireplaces. I have art and houseplants and outside is covered with roses. I hope you enjoy your stay in this cosy haven, please note, I live here usually this is a home not an empty holiday let. Please note the bedroom is on first floor, up one flight of steep stairs

Our lovely Coach House is just steps away from the vast and gorgeous Royal Richmond Park. The ancient market town, Kingston upon Thames with its great choice of restaurants, shopping and theatre is just a leisurely 20 min. walk away. If you like to venture out to London, Norbiton Station provides direct access to Waterloo Station. You will enjoy my place because of its location, the outdoor space, the ambiance and the quiet neighbourhood.

Amazing historic and stylish building available for a few periods only Easily accessible from Hammersmith station, this unique property has plenty of character, open views to the Thames and a private rear garden If you look for comfort and character, and yet taking advantage of a central location, it may probably be one of your best shots in London - and one not to be missed

Cosy, convenient fully equipped (dishwasher/washing mc/ dryer etc) entire two bedroom cottage with lovely south west facing garden for sunny days. Please note the “Firm” cancellation policy and parking permits £3.50/£5 for half/full day Monday - Saturday. Stays over a week free parking.
