The location is quiet and serene. On some nights, if you sit on the deck/front porch, you can hear music from the nearby marina. Our cabin is very clean and sleeps up to 8 comfortably (see options below). Welcome to The Mallard House. A cozy cottage overlooking the Cumberland River. Bring the dogs and relax on the wrap-around porch. We offer all the kitchen tools to cook a delicious meal and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. The Mallard house is conveniently located 15 minutes from the quaint town of Dover where you can find all the necessities. Nashville is 1.5 hours for those wanting a day trip to the city and Land Between the Lakes is 20 minutes for those seeking outdoor adventures!

The Owl's Nest luxury camping

Very spacious site situated on 1.6 acres of unique campground accommodations. This 320 sq. ft. waterproof duck canvas bell tent is built for the ultimate glamping retreat in mind. The site is fully equipped with a private outdoor bathroom and hot shower, fire pit, gas grill and picnic table. The interior has WiFi, adequate climate control, mini refrigerator/freezer, all necessary cooking supplies, utensils, dinnerware, and a Keurig coffee maker. Cottage A at Dry Hollow Farm

Local Amish builders constructed this cabin at Dry Hollow Farm in 2021. On 63 acres of woods and pasture we raise Nigerian Dwarf and Alpine goats for milk from which we craft artisan goat milk soap of many varieties. We also raise luffa gourds and organically-grown herbs. We are located five miles outside of Huntingdon, Tennessee, and offer opportunities to interact with our farm animals and shop in our on-farm Soap Shop. We offer a peaceful rural setting with plenty of space to roam.

Nestled hillside this 1BD/1BR 600 sq. ft. fully remodeled cabin w/ panoramic views of the TN River, is the perfect little place to relax & unwind. Close enough, yet just far enough away. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably and privately. Not recommended for small children due outside terrain. -1.45 hrs from Nashville -2.5 hrs from Memphis -2 mi. Nathan Bedford Forrest State Park -0.8 mi. to Eva Beach Recreation Area/Boat ramp -3 min to Dollar General -10 min into town. No pets/part

The home is ideally sized for a couple seeking a romantic retreat or those requiring convenient access to fishing activities. The quiet countryside is ideal for refreshing the soul. Hand poured candles, wax warmer, and essential oil diffuser add to the ambience. You can sit on the porch in the morning with your coffee and listen to the roosters crow; watch the sunset in the evening, or stargazing at night. The woods behind the house offer sightings of deer, and a real country feel.

Come enjoy our Tiny House! Located half way between Memphis and Nashville, this unique home is an easy 10 minutes drive from the I-40 freeway but rural enough to still be quiet and peaceful. Relax on the porch or explore the river just 2 miles down the road. If you prefer to stay in or have to work, no worries. You can whip up a meal in our kitchen, enjoy freshly ground gourmet coffee or take advantage of our high speed internet and watch some TV.
