You'll have your own reserved parking spot directly across the street from the entrance. You can also enjoy 24hr access to the gym downstairs. Over 15 classes per week are offered that you may join in as well for free. We even have 2 beach cruisers you can use to explore our beautiful city.

My brand new ‘barndominium’ is a lovely retreat! Two mini donkeys live on the property. You will see wild turkeys, deer, bald eagles, and otters. Enjoy the nature trails that wind through the woods, sit on the beach, swim in the river, or kayak down Newbegun Creek into the beautiful, fresh water Pasquotank River. Peace and quiet abound on this private, 58 acre farm. Located 15 minutes from beautiful downtown Elizabeth City, where you will find shopping, museums, and fine dining.

Sportsman's Paradise ( Hunting & Fishing )

Sportsman's Paradise is just minutes away from the Currituck Sound which is famous for it's duck hunting and fishing. It overlooks Tull's Bay and Tull's Creek and is surrounded by the Northwest River Marsh Game Lands. The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

We are so excited to invite you to stay in our sweet little classic cottage, nestled in the heart of Elizabeth City's historic district. 1201 Church Street is surrounded by some of the original Elizabeth City homes dating all the way back to the late 1700s. We fell in love with the charm of the area combined with all of the up-and-coming attractions nearby. Our cottage is close to all of the new downtown breweries, wine bars, trendy restaurants, and waterfront district.

Our 100 year old cottage is nestled in the woods just a 5 minute drive from the ocean and only 1/2 mile to trails, boat ramp & kayak launch. Hit the beach or explore the sound during the day and enjoy our rustic retreat and it's awesome outdoor living space at night: herb garden, fire pit, grill and seating area. Inside raw wood beams, floor to ceiling pine and a loft that kids will love are just some of the unique features our little cabin offers!
