Built from stone and full of character, every detail has been designed to feel calm, grounded, and quietly beautiful — the kind of space where you instantly breathe a little deeper. Externally blending in with its environment and internally featuring detailed timberwork using Tasmanian Oak giving a natural feel. A stylish generous place to stay with beautiful, landscaped gardens. Explore wineries, golf courses, beaches, Southern and East coast regions with ease. Airport 5 minutes drive, Hobart City and historic Richmond 15 minutes drive. Offering airport transfers for a small fee and free parking for larger vehicles with washing and cleaning facilities making rental returns easy. If you have an early morning flight or late arrival Twelve 30 is a lovely start or finish to your Tasmanian adventure!

Sunburst is set on 2 acres in a rural suburb , 15 minutes out of Hobart's CBD, this self contained apartment is yours. You will have your own private entry and it is completely separate to the main house. This Airbnb is the perfect Tassie getaway - it is just a stones throw away (5 mins) from the Cole Valley Winery Route, boutique breweries, and the 7 Mile Beach. The Hobart city centre, including world renowned Salamanca Market are all under 15 minutes away. Port Arthur is only 50 mins away.

The well-appointed eco cottage was built in 2015, is off-the-grid (solar-powered) on 21 acres with beautiful views of farmland and Coal River estuary, and plenty of wildlife. Outside the doorstep is many boutique vineyards/wineries. Your official welcoming committee is Max, a super friendly Smithfield dog.

29 Ebden – Architectural Home in Hobart’s North

Welcome to 29 Ebden – your sanctuary to unwind & rejuvenate. Elevated and private, this luxurious architecturally designed home in Hobart's North has all that you need to enjoy a memorable stay in Tasmania. Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.
