Lodge Farm Country Residence

Lodge Farm is set in the rural countryside of West Sussex and steeped in history. Originally used by the Duke of Norfolk as a hunting lodge, the main house dates back to the 1500s. Our little cottage is a rare escape to the natural beauty of the true English countryside. Located next to the duck pond, its a serene and tranquil place where the only alarm is the sound of the cockerel. The cottage has it's own kitchenette and bathroom and is the cosiest of our places to settle in for the night.

The Spa facilities will be completely private for your use between 10am and 9pm. The heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and hot tub can be used all year round. Free onsite parking as well as an outdoor tennis court. Two bedrooms, with ensuites 1 king-size bed and two singles and sofabed for kids.

The Lavender Barn with oak beams includes a wet room, small kitchen (portable hob), emperor bed, open plan living space and patio over looking the pool. Tennis court, trampoline and swimming pool. The swimming pool is a communal pool, heated from 1 May to 30 September and remains open for use until 15 October. The property is set on 38 Acres of land and woodlands between the Historic Town of Guildford and Woking with fast train access to London.
