Beach house in Dungeness

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

All 5 bedrooms (1 in the garden room) are en suite. Parking is for 5 cars & the garden has electrical outlets for the electric George Forman Outdoor Grill.

The second floor Belvedere (lookout) gives extensive views across Rye bay to English Channel. A great base for exploring Hastings, Rye and East Sussex, or simply going to the beach. The Acorn Lodge is a bespoke 1 king size bedroom retreat fully customized with high-end finishes. It must be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Our Wellness area is equipped with a log sauna, a cold plunge and outdoor shower.

Hucksteps is a medieval, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house centrally located in the Citadel of Rye. Facing St Mary’s Church, the house is surrounded by cobbled streets, period architecture, literary associations, stunning coastline, and vibrant culture. Camber's sandy beaches and dunes are an easy walk/cycle/drive away. A High Street full of independent shops, restaurants, inns, art galleries, Kino cinema, Rye Spa Retreat, tea rooms are round the cobbly corner.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
