Lovely Unique Beachfront Cottage

Stay right on wonderful Pett Level Beach in one of the original Coastguard's cottages, with direct access from the garden straight onto the sand. Recently modernised, the cottage has a super stylish open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and living areas and wood burning stove. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one has a double bed and sea view, the other can be made up either as a kingsize or as two single beds. Flexible space perfect for families or friends. A rare, stunning property.

Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Set in private grounds of 10.5 acres & shared only with the on-site owners, this Log Cabin overlooks the lower lake Bedroom 1 features a huge Emperor Size double bed (7ft x 7ft), with duck down Egyptian cotton pillows and duvet. Beach house in Dungeness

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

The second floor Belvedere (lookout) gives extensive views across Rye bay to English Channel. A great base for exploring Hastings, Rye and East Sussex, or simply going to the beach. From the photos in the hallway and the garden decorations to the modern balcony facing (and only literally a few steps away from!) Camber Sands’ famous dunes, this property is perfect for those who love the beach and sea. If you hate sand this is not the property for you-a real beach experience.

We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
