Gated community in a privileged and well-proclaimed area. Cosy T1 apartment, located around 8 km away from Funchal, easy beach access, short distance from restaurants, shopping mall, supermarket, pharmacy. There is a bus station. With 1 bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, open space dining and lounge area, and a very charming balcony with view to the sea. It offers free WiFi , a free private parking place in the garage, communal pool, and gym. Babies more than 12 month will pay extra 10 euro.
