La Villa è composta da 4 appartamenti completamente indipendenti ed un elegante veranda panoramica dove potersi riunire e concedersi una vacanza unica.

Charming apartment of 60 sqm arranged on a single floor. Part of a large, fully refurbished, country house. The property is within a National Park (Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi). The place is an ideal retreat to enjoy a relaxing time with family and friends immersed in pristine nature. The apartment is 1.5 km from the nearest village (on a gravel road) and just 15 minutes away by car far from the nearest city (Pratovecchio Stia). The complex is 850 meters above the sea level.

Il Castello di Ferrano offers to its hosts the chance of living an unforgettable experience: you will be the only guests in the castle, and everything will be for you (private pool from June to September, gardens etc..). Historical building, surrounded by nature, finely decorated, frescoes/moulding on the ceiling, ample terrace w/ stone and terracotta floor, private outdoor pool.. Good position. Preferably come by car.

The house has a private garden of 100 square meters with a tub usable with a depth of 60 cm. Two squares usable for your relaxing and fun, from admire the view, and space for eat outside. WI-FI free. The interior is distributed over two floors: on the first large living room with fireplace, SmartTV, eat area, kitchen and room with pizza oven (there are 2 sofa/bed). On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and 1 with a bunk bed and 1 bathroom.
