(2700 sq. foot) of living space, with three balconies and a 60-sqm. terrace on a hill with a view of the city. Wer eine Alternative zu einem klassischen Hotel sucht, seinen ersten Kaffee morgens am liebsten im Bett trinkt, gerne bei jedem Wetter draußen frühstückt, abends im Garten, in der letzten Abendsonne, und eine Wohlfühl - Atmosphäre, gepaart mit einem sehr individuellen, persönlichen Einrichtungsstil sucht, der ist bei uns perfekt aufgehoben.

Das Landhaus Bürkle besteht aus einem Gebäudeensemble: Es gibt ein Haupt- und ein Nebengebäude mit insgesamt 7 Wohnungen. Das schindelgedeckte Jagdhaus verfügt über fünf Apartments und einem großen Aufenthaltsraum . Das Nebenhaus hat zwei weitere, größere Wohnungen. Eingebettet in einen parkähnlich angelegten Garten. Unsere Appartements lassen sich sehr flexibel kombinieren, unser Haus ist sehr wandlungsfähig und wir sind es auch. Zur Info: Wir mögen Kinder und Hunde!

This accommodation is under new management since 2024. The villa "Vista de las Colinas" is located in Zurgena and impresses guests with a mountain view directly from the premises. The 135 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
