A quiet country getaway on 20 acres. Located 27 miles from Mt. Bohemia, 15 miles from Houghton, 3 miles from Swedetown Nordic Ski Trails and just down a dirt road from snowmobile Trail 3. Lots of parking space, even for trailers. Enjoy a newly finished apartment, separate from our house, located above the garage. The apartment has an open concept kitchen/living room with a bunk bed and queen sleeper sofa and one separate bedroom with a king bed. Access to wifi, smart TV, and Netflix included.

Experience the Keweenaw like a local. This cozy older home is located a few blocks from Trail 3 and US41 in a quiet historic neighborhood outside of Calumet. ATVs are welcome. Ride straight to the trail! There is ample room to store recreational equipment and bikes in the attached garage or mudroom. **This isn’t a full time rental. Please respect private spaces.
