Responsive host, clean unit. Alll we need in our stay are available, though, we did not use their things as we bring our own personal stuffs . Clear instruction , hassle-free check-in . The price is fair, just enough for their services , maintenance cost, and utilities . Definitely, we will book this again.

We stayed here for a week and this place is awesome, it's modern, clean, quiet and very peaceful. The location is great, few minutes drive to town proper of Santa Maria. Our host was very accommodating and communicates with us throughout our stay. I definitely will stay here again and again. My hat's off to Ramon our host.

This Airbnb is a perfect blend of style and comfort! The place is incredibly awesome, with beautiful decor that makes every corner photo-worthy. Beyond its aesthetics, it truly feels like home—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location is also a huge plus, conveniently situated within the metro. Another standout feature is how fresh and pleasant the place smells, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. Lastly, the host is very accommodating and ensures a smooth and pleasant stay. My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

My family had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and US Embassy. The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

Our stay at Rolando's place is great. our family had a wonderful time. The place is so big, high ceiling and rooms are spacious but the nicest thing about the place is that they have a lot of bathroom. Our stay will be a lot comfortable if we booked it during December wherein the weather is cold. But since we stayed here during Holy Week and the weather now is really hot, we really have to bear the heat. They have 2 big industrial fans to help ease the heat, which helps a lot. So happy that we had spent some time in this place. Thank you so much.

This is a spacious, simple, clean apartment with all the kitchen equipment you need. No clutter around. Two generous sofas. Almost at the top floor of the building, which has a spacious lobby. Gym and swimming pool available on floor 6. The host, Sweety (Rova June) is very responsive, and her helper, Ate Beth was always available next door if needed. One of the best neighbourhoods in Makati, near a nice park and very close to GreenBelt Outdoor Mall. A very good Airbnb in every way.

I appreciate Maria's efforts in accommodating my short stay. The peacefulness of her place matched my preference. The place was also spotless and easy to access. I wish to stay longer the next time I plan on having a relaxing weekend with my friends.

We had such a great time celebrating my husband’s post-birthday at Chloe’s Place! It was the perfect spot for a relaxing and cozy getaway. The location was super convenient, with plenty of food spots and grocery stores nearby, making it easy to grab a meal or any essentials. Getting around was a breeze, though we brought our own car, and having a reserved parking slot (for a small fee) was a big plus. There was also plenty to do! We enjoyed walking around the area, and for an additional fee, we had access to the swimming pool and basketball court—such a fun bonus! The neighborhood was peaceful, and the neighbors were so warm and friendly, even though we were only there for a couple of days. Overall, it was totally worth it, and we’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommend Chloe’s Place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Beautifully presented apartment with easy access to lots of amenities and onward travel. The hosts were wonderful and quickly responded to all queries in a friendly and instructive manner. I used the pool facilities during our stay and they were perfectly clean and well maintained, as is the whole complex. Would recommend 100%. And will certainly be looking to book this condo on our next visit to the area. Thank you Carmela and Danica.

We really liked the ambiance of the place. Having cooking appliances made our stay more convenient, and the nearby restaurants gave us options for when we didn’t feel like cooking. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back again in the future.

Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.

I stayed there for 2weeks plus, I had a very good rest at this place. They were all responsive, friendly & helpful. They provided me all my request that is available. Its hasslefree, his place has a positive vibes felt at peace, actually its better in person, couch & bed were comfortable & i like it that they provided me comforter and extra sheets it helps me rest easily after my medical treatments, can cook quick meals, napkins& trashbags are provided too, complete kitchen tools, fridge, microwave, bathroom is clean and shower is easy to use. It feels like home & I find it peaceful.. I will definitely come back next time. Highly recommended!:)
