Only 3 steps into this one level totally renovated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage. This beachy feel will help you sit back and relax. The 65 in TV has access to Prime & Netflix along with a DVD player & several movies. One small dog allowed. NO CATS. Your dog will need to put placed in your supplied kennel if you choose to leave your dog in the house. To keep the linens are covers in good condition, please do not allow your dog to sleep with you. Please bring a bed for your furry child.

This is a newly remodeled studio apartment in Panama City. It is less then 1 mile to the restaurants in St. Andrews and is 20 mins away from Panama City Beach. It has a queen size bed, 1 bathroom and a small kitchen; great for two people. Everything in the apartment is brand new. It also has a covered patio with furniture for lounging. This is a small and cozy place but has great access to all the activities in the area. Wifi with Amazon Prime is included.

Please note the step up to the bathroom and ONE low bed. Some guests have trouble with these! The futon folds down into a twin size bed. If you have one kid (or two small ones) they may be comfy sleeping here. Let me know and I’ll make it up for you before you arrive.
