Our NEWLY REMODELED (2021) spacious loft apartment is nestled above the garden, One block from the beach and close to UCSB. Created is a restful, quiet space for you to unwind inside and out. We love all people, but due to the design of the open loft our space is unsafe for kiddos….but not grown ups! Thank you for understanding. Lounge in the GARDEN, run the MORE MESA trail in the morning and walk the BEACH at sunset. Butterflies, honey bees, birds and kitty Beau are waiting to greet you!

Enjoy a unique experience at this stylish, design forward home away from home in highly desirable Curtis Park. Welcome the the newly completed Sea Lofts at Padaro Beach. This is Santa Barbara's most exclusive beach. You won't find closer accommodations to the water for miles. Not only are you a few feet from the sea, you are a hundred yards from surf shops, restaurants and boutiques. The Sea Lofts are the premier beach destination for Santa Barbara. You can walk for miles at low tide, or just sit on the deck or beach and watch the sunset. The lofts are well appointed with kitchenettes.
