Our boutique accommodations are updated with upscale furnishings, cleaned with the highest standards, and offer a sense of comfort that is often overlooked in modern hospitality. Live like a local in one of our seventeen one-of-a-kind guest studios. IMPORTANT: This is a very small beach studio at around 160 square feet. The maximum occupancy is 2 people and we do not allow infants or children in this unit. Some listing amenities might not be accurate due to synchronization issues. This studio has the following: - Mini-fridge and coffee machine with local coffee from Santa Barbara Roasting Company.
