This house is beautiful. The garden and pool are well kept and clean. The house is also very clean with lots of communal space and private spaces if people need some quiet time. The location is good, on a Dolmus route and with a taxi button just outside. The road is noisy but the plot is completely private and we got used to the noise so it wasn't a problem for us. There is a lovely pizza place 2 mins walk away and plenty of shops and restaurants 10 mins walk away. The host is very helpful and responsive. We had a lovely stay - we did scuba diving, visited Kayakoy, Calis Beach and Butterfly Valley via the water taxi and shuttle boat service - you don't always need to book the day long trips. We enjoyed going out for the morning, relaxing back at the villa in the afternoon and going out again in the evening. We had a lovely holiday. Thank you.

Excellent villa - great swimming pool and location. WiFi a bit hit and miss and slow due to location which you can get around with using 4G, other than that really nice place. Ideally located and really private

Niezwykle klimatyczne miejsce. Bardzo dobry punkt wypadowy, żeby zwiedzić okolicę. W pobliżu znajdują się dobre restauracje. Miejsce w którym można wypocząć, niedaleko do morza, o wiele spokojniej niż na samym wybrzeżu. Dzieciom najbardziej podobały się koty.

Uzun süreli konakladığımız bu ev çok huzurlu ve sakin geçti. Levent bey bize çok yardımcı oldu, sorularımıza hızlı bir şekilde dönüş yaptı. Elimizde olsa tatilimizi daha da uzatacağımız çok keyifli bir zaman geçirdik. Her şey için tekrar teşekkürler.

Gerçekten harika bir konaklama deneyimiydi! Ev hem çok şık hem de çok huzurluydu; her detay ince ince düşünülmüş, adeta Avrupa standartlarında eksiksiz bir konfor sunuyordu. Konumu da mükemmeldi, çevresi sakin ve keyifliydi. Fatih Bey son derece kibar, nazik ve misafirperverdi. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, tekrar gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz!

Melek hanım ve ailesine teşekkür ederiz. Güler yüzlü ve nazik bir şekilde ağırlandık. Ev kendilerine ait arsa içerisinde 3 katlı bir apartmanın 3. katı idi. En alt katta kendilerinin işlettiği bir kır bahçesi restaurant var. 2. Ve 3. katta oldukça geniş 1’er daire var. Denize ulaşım için mutlaka araç gerekiyor. Marketler içinde araç gerekir.

Ali's place was very spacious and had a well equipped kitchen. Hot water is on solar power. the location is easy to get to the dolmus to get to town or the beach.

magnifique appartement, bien situé, commerces et petits durüm à 5min à pieds. La communication avec l'hôtel était super, très clair ! Le logement est impeccable avec tout ce qu'il faut, sans parler de la magnifique terrasse sur laquelle nous avons pu profiter tous les soirs ! 🥰

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

If you like a stay in a historic Ottoman style house, this is most definitely the place to be. Such a spacious and atmospheric apartment which has been thoughtfully restored. It has everything you could want. The balcony was a fantastic place to sit and have coffee and soak up the warmth of the morning sun. There are great restaurants all a few metres from the property with the seafront only a few minutes stroll. If you have a chance to stay here dont miss the opportunity. We will be back!

Great location apartment was spotless. We couldn’t get tv to work and Canan’s brother arrived within minutes to sort out the problem. Would recommend. Thank you Canan for a lovely stay .

Профессионализм, отзывчивость и гостеприимство хозяев не имеет равных в моем рейтинге арендодателей Фетхие! Вокруг дома сад с цитрусовыми и мы были в сезон, когда зреют апельсины, при заселении нас ждал небольшой, но неожиданный сюрприз - корзина апельсинов, что очень кстати было с дороги. Так же смело можете выбирать это жилье, если у вас собачка. Хозяева - собачники.

Bir gece konakladık. İsmail bey oldukça ilgiliydi. Temiz, nezih bir mekan.

Ben sakin,sessiz ama denize de yakın bir yer istiyordum.Ali nin yeri kesinlikle istediğim gibi bir yerdi.Kendi aracımızla gittiğimiz için alışveriş yerlerine,plajlara,Kalkana gitmek çok basitti.Evi çok temiz teslim aldık,bu konuda ayrıca çok teşekkür ederim.Genelde yaptığımız tatillerde sivrisinek problemi yaşardık ama bu yıl bunu hiç yaşamadık ve bu çok güzeldi.Evde ki eşyalar yeterli ve temizdi.Çamaşır ve bulaşık makinesi için deterjan bulundurmaları ince bir davranıştı.10 gün çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik.Kaş ta bir daha tatil yapmak istersek kesinlikle tekrar geliriz.

Safa's apartment was an amazing choice. Located in a very nice central Fethiye but also in a reaidential private area. Lots of restaurants, shops, banks and a huge shipping mall 10 min walking distance from the house. Safa was an extremely kind and helpful host. I got great recommendations for any local place and also advised a lot with the public transport. Always asked if I needed anything, very thoughtful. He also waited for me until late evening and picked me up I'm person from the Fethiye bus station. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable and peaceful. I've had a great night sleep. Everything was within a walking distance. I highly recommend to stay at Safa's.

Tatile gelirken küçükte olsa çekincelerim vardı fakat Saliha hanım olsun evin konumu ve temizliği olsun beni aşırı rahatlattı ev sahibinin vermiş oldugu gezilecek yerlerin tavsiyesi yenilecek yemeklerin restoran tavsiyesi gibi küçük gözüken ama büyük etki eden detaylarda inanılmaz işime yaradı. Çok eğlenceli zevkli ve güzel bir tatildi kendilerine teşekkür ederim…

Ev fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi gayet güzel ve kullanışlı. Konaklama sürecinde ihtiyaç duyulacak her şey vardı. Özellikle mutfak bölümü airfry’dan filtre kahve makinasına kadar bir çok eşya vardı. Misafirperverlikleri için de ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Bizim sormamıza gerek bırakmadan rezervasyon işleminden çıkış işlemine kadar her türlü imkanı sağladılar.

We had a fabulous stay at the villa. Mehmet was a great host, greeting us on arrival and getting in touch every couple of days to check that all was ok. The pool was fantastic and the living space worked really well for our party of 5 adults and 3 children. There are various shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance of the villa, brilliant taxi services from a call button just outside and the larger resorts were a short and cheap ride away. Thank you for a great holiday Mehmet!

I had a wonderful stay at this villa. It looked just like the pictures and I instantly felt comfortable and at home. It was very clean and taken care of. Tuba was very helpful from start to finish. She provided very clear instructions on how to get to the villa, gave recommendations for restaurants in the area and was flexible with changing the booking times. Overall, it was a great experience that I would recommend.

İhtiyacımız olan şeyleri tedarik etme konusunda oldukça yardımcı oldular örneğin su ısıtıcı bozulduğunda hemen yenisi ile değiştirdiler. Havuz oldukça güzel ve temizdi, her gün temizliği sağlandı. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi gayet sevimli ve sıcaktı :) Mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi. Konumu açısından Göcek Yat Limanına yakın olmasının avantajı ile yat turu yapılabilir, yakındaki İnlice Plajına gidilebilir fakat farklı aktiviteler için araç ile gelinmesi uygun olur. Bir yere gitmeyip evde kalıp havuz keyfi yapmak ve sakinliğin tadını çıkarmak isteyenler için oldukça iyi bir tercih 👌🏻

У Арифэ потрясающая вилла, которая превзошла наши ожидания. И сам хозяин очень отзывчивый и сделал максимум, чтобы наш отдых был самым лучшим. Больше всего заполнился огромный бассейн с чистой водой, глубокий, мы проводили там все время. Хорошая гриль зона, где может разместиться вся компания. У каждой комнаты своя отдельная ванная, мы были компанией 8 человек и все чувствовали себя супер комфортно. На кухне было все необходимое, и 2 больших холодильника вмещали продукты на 3 дня. Сама вилла находится чуть в отдалении от города, окружена зеленью, нет соседей, так что мы были совсем одни и могли расслабиться, никому не мешая. При этом до ближайшего магазина можно было дойти пешком (20 мин) или доехать на машине (7 мин). В доме хорошая звукоизоляция: можно было спать, пока во дворе играла музыка. Мы с радостью вернемся снова!

With nine of us traveling together, it's not always easy to find a place that feels like home — but your villa was perfect in every way. The setting was stunning, and the warmth and care you put into every detail made such a difference. We spent so many wonderful hours by the amazing pool, laughing and relaxing together — memories we'll cherish for a long time. The taxi button outside the villa was another thoughtful touch that made getting around so easy and allowed us to enjoy every moment without stress.
