Amazing host, amazing views Pedro was outstanding, always responsive and helpful whenever we asked about advice on our many activities The view from the apartment was breathtaking and really made our holiday a special one

We really enjoyed our stay in Seixal. We especially liked the adorable garden which has been created with lots of love. Even though the place is located on the north of the island, the garden receives a lot of sunshine throughout the day and allowed us to relax while enjoying views of the sea as well as at least 3 beautiful waterfalls. There is also a shadowy area which we didn’t use due to the season (April)

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is beautiful and even bigger than the photos. It was extremely quiet but still in such a central location. The concierge were always on hand to help if needed. The hosts even sent some complimentary gifts for my birthday. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone else!

Have stayed in this apartment block previously (although a different apartment) - ideal for us. Quite a busy area but bonuses are that it is easy walking distance to Funchal town or there are frequent buses which pass within 100 yards of apartment. Local bus service is excellent and it is easy to catch a bus to explore the wider area. We hired a car from the nearby company, Rodavante - good service and competitive price. Apartment itself is quite simple but suits us - balcony with possibly some of the best views of the whole Estrada Monumental area. Although it says in the details, we hadn t appreciated that it didn t have a oven,just a hob. If you are on a short break you probably wouldnt want one but on a longer stay an oven would be very useful. Hopefully will be staying here again.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen - die Sonnenuntergänge vom Balkon aus waren unser abendliches Highlight! Die Wohnung war super, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Nellita war immer erreichbar bei Rückfragen und sehr hilfsbereit - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hôte très réactif, logement très bien placé et central. Délicates petites attentions : bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo, fruits frais ... Un séjour extrêmement agréable avec, encore une fois, une hôte exceptionnelle de gentillesse et de réactivité. Merci beaucoup nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation !

Die gesamte Anlage ist der sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Wohnung ist modern und klar geschnitten. Die Ausstattung der Küche für einfaches Kochen gut ausgestattet. Leider liegt der Balkon den ganzen Tag im Schatten (Reisezeitraum im Februar), im Sommer ist man damit bestimmt gut aufgehoben. Wenn man Sonne möchte geht man ein wenig und ist am Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Check in was easy and the shop and bar at the bottom of the hill are easily walkable and have everything you need. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the sunny porch in the mornings watching the birds, including a kestrel and a buzzard. The hot tub is a touch of luxury and we enjoyed meeting the goat next door. The property is private and peaceful but within a short driving distance of the town and many walking trails. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, Jo + Matt.

Such a nice Airbnb with great rooftop views! The space was very clean and had everything we needed! Location was great as it was walkable to many different restaurants and the downtown area. Airbnb came with a list of many recommendations of places to eat and things to do which was also helpful! We would definitely recommend staying here :)

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful and well-maintained place. The house is absolutely charming, full of character, with lovely period colors and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, always available and in touch whenever we needed anything. We really appreciated the thoughtful details in the house and the warm welcome. The interior was cozy and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed peaceful walks in the area with breathtaking views, and there’s an excellent restaurant nearby that we would highly recommend. Fantastic time at Dina’s place. Stunning views in the sunshine and the rain. Easy to cook for ourselves there or to take a short walk into the town. Used the pool most days - cold but lovely! Beds very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers. Dina gave lots of helpful tips on parking but we still found it very difficult. But once inside it’s very safe and private. Blown away by the place! The terrace is just such a beautiful place to relax with very comfortable furniture to add to the experience.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour,. Logement idéalement situé avec très belle vue sur la mer et les montagnes. Maison spacieuse et bien équipée, qui bénéficie également d’une très belle terrasse. António est très accueillant, de bon conseils et très réactif. Nous recommandons sans hésitations !

Жильё хорошее, рядом с пляжем. к сожалению в квартире было холодно и сыро, на улице было 16 градусов. кровати удобные. На кухне чтото с напором воды, нужно отрегулировать. В ванной комнате отличный душ, напор хороший, горячая вода есть всегда. В туалете унитаз заедало, приходилось открывать крышку чтобы вода набиралась. В остальном квартира отличная и уютная, летом наверное потеплее, мы попали в уроган. Хозяин отвечал сразу и был очень отзывчив. Порадовало что он оставил нам вино и пирог, спасибо.

Liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtetes Häuschen, in dem wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Super Lage zur Erkundung des Nordwesten Madeiras und sehr netter Kontakt mit Adriana.

Le logement se situe dans un très beau cadre et offre une très belle vue sur les environs. Nous avons été agréablement surprise par ce dernier. Nous recommandons vivement un séjour chez Rosa-Lina !

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Wohnung von Valery. Besonders hervorzuheben ist natürlich der Ausblick auf das Meer, welcher durch die großen Fensterflächen und den Balkon mit Glaswänden absolut uneingeschränkt zur Geltung kommt. Die Einrichtung ist top modern, es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation war ideal. Man hatte immer das Gefühl das Valery das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste sehr wichtig ist. Von der Wohnung aus kann man die gesamte Insel gut anfahren. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, dass Auto steht sicher und wir hatten nie Probleme einen Platz zu bekommen. Supermarkt ist ebenfalls 5min mit dem Auto entfernt. Spazieren gehen rund um die Wohnung war mangels Fußwegen etwas eingeschränkt. Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen. Aber ich denke das ist bei nahezu allen Unterkünften auf Madeira so. Wir danken Valery für die schöne Zeit. Für uns eine tolle Airbnb-Erfahrung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This place took our breath away as soon as we walked inside. Very special to be able to enjoy coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening on the balcony overlooking the water. Location was great to explore this beautiful island. We made our own meals in the kitchen and didn’t feel like we were missing anything. Definitely would recommend :)

My partner and I had an amazing time in the apartment, Jose and Family were very helpful. They even gave us keys to there storage area within the underground garage to store our mountain bikes which was a real plus for us. The property was wonderful, who wouldn’t want to wake up to that view every morning.

This stay far exceeded our expectations. The apartment boasts truly spectacular views, framed by the largest bedroom window I’ve ever seen—it feels like a living painting. The love and care that Paul and Dina have poured into this space are palpable, making it feel like an extension of their own home. We’re so grateful to have spent a few days in this little slice of heaven, and the hosts were incredibly attentive. The only minor downside is the noise from the road when the windows or balcony doors are open, but with them closed, it’s pure tranquility. If you’re lucky enough to find this place available, don’t hesitate—just book it!

Die Unterkunft war geräumig und die Küche was sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Highlight war die große Terrasse mit Bergsicht. Die Lage ist nahe an der Stadt, jedoch an einem ruhigen Eck. Beim Check-in und Check-out verlief alles reibungslos.

We were extremely comfortable and thought the location was perfect walkable to restaurants, grocery store, deus store and some shopping. Close to attractions in city.

Le cadre est magnifique, calme et paisible, parfait pour se reposer tout en étant à proximité de Funchal. Facile à trouver, avec en bonus une place de parking dans un garage fermé, ce qui est vraiment appréciable quand on a une voiture de location..!! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, encore merci !

Tolle Wohnung und sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Aussicht von den Balkonen ist einmalig. Einzig Privatsphäre hat man auf dem Balkon keine, die Strasse führt wirklich direkt daran vorbei. Der Verkehr hält sich aber in Grenzen und nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Da hört man nur noch die Wellen.
