Escape to your own tiny glass A-Frame on nearly 10 acres of pine forest. Enjoy glamping comfort with a loft bed, pullout couch, Starlink Wi-Fi, hot tub, grill, and projector for movie nights. Huge front windows offer peaceful forest views and starry skies. Explore the property, play outdoor games, or relax by the fire pit. The bathroom is about 150 ft west of the A-Frame, between the camper and the cabin. Expect fresh air, wildlife, and a few friendly bugs.

Private getaway on 38 acres of tranquility

Just a short 12-15 minutes drive outside of Colorado Springs this unique and private getaway is for anyone wanting to temporary break from all the noise. A cozy 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath in the middle of 38 acres of peace and quiet. Don't be surprised if you look outside and see goats wandering the pasture, pronghorn grazing the grass or falcons & owls flying above. Relax & Breathe while you're with us. Note the shower is located inside the Master bedroom.

The Beach House ⚓️

Our walk-in basement sleeps 6. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and was painted by my daughter to depict an underwater aquarium. The 2nd bedroom is pleasant blue, set up for children, includes a single bed and a bunkbed. A pack and play is available for a baby. A small kitchen area includes a table for 6 and a microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, and fridge. The bathroom was recently renovated and will pamper you!

Rustic Treehouse

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Treehouse nestled amongst giant pines with a great view of Bijou Basin. Access to Gazebo with built in BBQ. Cozy loft bedroom, all the comforts of home. Host is nearby and can assist with any of your needs. Great getaway from the cares of the world. This Tree House is Newly built and has all the comforts of home: hot water, modern shower, room heaters.

Black Forest Serenity

Black Forest Serenity is new guest house in the north end of Colorado Springs close to the USAFA. This beautiful, private and secluded guests house has its own driveway and access. Our family has lived on this gorgeous, treed 5-acre property for twenty-five years. Back then, we were considered the outskirts of town. Now we have amazing amenities just a couple of miles up the road. I've been designing and building custom homes for 25 years. This home represents all of my best ideas and style.
