The BBQ located outside on the patio is ready for your grilling. The Murphy bed folds away in the day to provide lots of workout space in the room with large mirrors for yoga sessions. Only 90 mins drive from Banff!!

A warm and tastefully furnished basement with a lot of personality. Shops, cinema and restaurants are 6 minutes drive away and the area feels peaceful and secluded. After a busy day, set the ambiance and relax listening to music or watching TV. The kitchenette is well equipped. Soak in the tub, then fall asleep. Please note a family lives upstairs. We also offer Bikes, Kayak & Paddle Board for a fee. Our recreational equipment will help you experience the beauty of the community and the region.

We have two bedrooms, a dedicated workspace, a bright and sunny bonus room great for listening to music or reading a book, and a movie room in the basement. The neighbourhood is a private lake community with easy access to Stoney Trail to get to downtown in 30 mins, Banff in about 1.5 hours and Kananaskis in under 30 minutes. There is also transit access less than a 3 minute walk away to get anywhere in the city.
