Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. The other two are dedicated to hospitality: a Bed and Breakfast with four rooms and a Holiday Home.

A cozy stone and wood chalet with amazing views of the Apennines, surrounded by nature with a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Alloggio lontano dal traffico ma comodo per spostarsi nelle città di Bologna, Ferrara, Modena e Parma. 20 minuti per raggiungere Fico Grand Tour Italia (federazione italiana contadina il grande parco alimentare unico al mondo). In 10 minuti arrivo al Centergross e Interporto, comodo per le fiere, 20 minuti di percorso. Per raggiungere Ravenna 40 minuti.
