The Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated in an out of the way location on the coastal path. Peaceful and secluded surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife including red squirrels. Ideal for walkers who enjoy nature and wildlife. There is a quiet beach in easy walking distance where you can find fossils, sea glass and an amazing array of seashells. Due to the out of the way location you ideally need transport to access the nearest shop and pub. 45 mins on foot/7 mins by car.

A cedar cabin with panoramic sea views over Ventnor beach, winner 2025 LUXLife Awards, Best Coastal Retreat, South England. 52 sq metres and open plan, with bi-fold windows/doors creating a beautiful space of just you and the ocean. With 2 private balconies, one south facing for sunbathing, the second with a private sauna, combine with a swim in the sea just a few steps away. No pets but baby welcome!

Colemans Retreat

Colemans Retreat is a unique & spacious cottage offering 3 double bedrooms with en-suites & 4th bedroom with twin beds or double. 1 acre garden with views & outside dining area for 8 people, BBQ, hot tub, shower/changing room & WC. The property is only accessible via electric gates. Cowes & Newport 10 minutes away, Yarmouth 15 minutes. Please note, we request £150 deposit for use of the hot tub. If the hot tub is looked after and our house rules are followed then the deposit is full refundable.

Fields View - Isle of Wight Holiday Home

Fields View is a family friendly, detached bungalow sleeping 4-6 guests in king-size and twin bedrooms plus sofa bed. Travel cot available for one infant. One well behaved dog, but not in bedrooms. Rules apply! Situated on Eades Farm, Newbridge, 9 miles from Newport and 5 miles from Yarmouth, 8 mins from the sea. Beautiful countryside views are enjoyed from most rooms in this recently refurbished home. Original artwork and prints are featured. Enclosed garden. Ferry discounts available.

Hidden Away Converted Barn Loft in Shorwell

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.
