Villa Los Pinos - fantastischer Meerblick

Villa Los Pinos ist ein im andalusischen Landhausstil erbautes Privathaus in exponierter Lage. In der ersten Etage befinden sich das ca. 40 m2 große Wohnzimmer mit Wintergarten, die Küche mit Esstisch und ein Badezimmer, im Untergeschoss befinden sich ein weiteres Badezimmer und die zwei Schlafzimmer, alle mit Meerblick und Klimaanlage. Die Terrasse mit dem Infinity-Salzwasser-Pool (4 x 7,5m) ist großzügig angelegt, sehr gut sichtgeschützt und rein privat. Privatparkplätze direkt vor der Villa.

Viva una experiencia en una típica casa andaluza

Casa típica andaluza con acceso directo a la autovía para visitar los pueblos de Almuñécar, La herradura, Nerja, Mijas, frigiliana y salobreña. Granada y Málaga a 45 minutos. A cinco minutos en coche del casco urbano de Almuñécar con acceso a supermercados, playas, restaurantes. Televisión satélite wifi gratis, chimenea de leña, piscina privada .La casa tiene tres dormitorios dos en la planta superior y uno en la planta inferior, aire acondicionado solo en salon y dos de los tres dormitorios

Stunning villa+XL whirlpool, 15min walk to beach!

Villa las Terrazas is brand new! It’s blessed with 4 great terraces, heated xl-whirlpool, 3 bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms and a huge indoor terras (roofed terras) for a morning coffee. Theres a large -open- livingroom, seperate toilet downstairs, BBQ area and a private garage for 1 car. Out 15 mins walk to Pedregalejo beach. Restaurants and grocery store at 1 minute walking. The bus to the center of Malaga goes in front of the door and by taxi it's just a 10 minutes drive. Perfect villa!
