Fabulous 3 bdrm condo RIGHT on the BEACH

Not officially open yet - still doing repairs from the hurricanes. Lovely spacious condo, directly on the beach - FAB view of Gulf of Mexico. UPDATED - TVs in every room, large living rm w/ plenty of seating, everything you will need or could possibly want is here! SAT-SAT ONLY - multiple weeks OK 2 parking spots: one is reserved & 1 guest parking. Sept -Dec - flex check-in day. Enjoy peaceful relaxation and serene sunsets in this top floor condo on the beautiful Isla Del Sol. The large private balcony, which overlooks the private beach and community pool, has plenty of seating options for enjoyment throughout your day in paradise. Inside, a king bed, two twin beds, and a queen size sofa bed offer comfort and versatility. This condo features an updated kitchen, bathrooms, and styling throughout. Only a short walk or bike ride to the Don Cesar or several top beaches!

As proven by the many reviews, we take cleanliness very seriously. To further insure the cleanliness of the property, we thoroughly disinfect frequently used areas such as: Doorknobs, switches, handles, bedside tables, bathroom sinks, toilets, counters, TV remotes, and thermostat. Condo is walking distance to shopping, food, and entertainment. Within minutes to beaches, Moffit, VA hospital, USF, downtown, Ybor, Malls, Bush Gardens, Zoo, Museums, and more. Orlando is within an hour drive.

We are grateful to share that the Resort and beautiful condo are Guest Ready! The location is amazing! Walk across the street and you are at the beach. We provide your beach essentials including chairs, an umbrella and a beach buggy. A heated pool and hot tub, parking space for one vehicle and high speed WiFi make this a complete package deal. John's Pass is now open as are most area restaurants and stores, welcoming you to back to this vibrant beach community.

Info re: Hurricane Helene/Milton can be found further in description. Directly on the beach; this bright and airy condo is your perfect get away on the Gulf! You can feel the powdered sand beneath your toes and that warm ocean breeze, every time you step out your front door. Location is one of the things that makes this condo a true gem. With access to grocery stores, many restaurants and activities. This section of the beach is truly paradise.
