Beautiful villa with pool – 6min walk to the beach

Charming, boutique-style villa nestled in a romantic green garden with old trees & flowers. With its terraces, chillout areas & a lovely little private pool the property offers great space & privacy for 8 to 9 guests. All 4 bedrooms with AC. Internet: high-speed fiber-optic! Within a 6min walk you reach the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Llonga. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops & taxi stand are only a 4min walk away. To Ibiza golf or Santa Eularia it's a 5min drive; to Ibiza Town it takes 12min.

It has a capacity for 10 people, 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Comfortable outdoor area with private pool, barbecue area, chill out area with sofas, and furnished terraces to relax. Completely fenced Air cond, and wifi. IMPORTANT: PARTIES are not allowed! Music is not allowed after 11:00 p.m., to guarantee the rest of the neighbors. Very quiet rural area, it is surrounded by fields. It is very close to beaches such as Cala Martina, Cala Pada.

New Villa with Pool 29 minutes from Ibiza Town

CANA CLARA has walled and gated gardens, pool & parking. 10min walk from beach, 5 m walk from cafes and restaurants, 10m drive to many great beaches. Very modern and fresh. 3 double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom & A/C, WIFI, Sat TV, great kitchen, ample living spaces, terraces and pool area. 1 King size bed, 1 Queen, 2 singles. The AC from the bedrooms is enough to cool the entire house, windows kept shut.
