Villa Gaia is a luxury villa originally built in late 60’s and fully upgraded with high standard specifications, located just 20 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Poetto. The Villa is a semi detached ground floor house with a lush and peaceful garden, with green lawn, well suited and outfitted to be enjoyed throughout the year. The entire Villa has been recently refurbished, while the original floors have been preserved and period furniture have been kept. The Villa has private access with two private parking spaces. Tourist tax A tourist tax of € 1,50 per person, per night (up to a max. of 5 consecutive nights) is payable at check-in.

In the garden we have a big private pool (6×12mt), a BBQ, toys for kids, parking area. At the graundfloor there is a playroom. Make your stay unforgettable!
