We have the best of both worlds, stunning countryside & easy access to local amenities. We’re on Domen Fawr which is over 1653ft high. At the top you can see Pen y Fan & central Brecons. Heads of the Valley is nearby & provides great access across South Wales. Cardiff is an hour away by train. We are a quiet retreat, ideal for walkers, young families or couples wanting a relaxing, peaceful break. Pets are welcome but there are additional charges. Please ask us in advance as we have our own dogs.

This endearing old bakery, originally dating from the early 1900’s, has recently been refurbished to the highest of standards whilst keeping the original charm and character. The property is situated a stone’s throw from the main Rhymney Valley line.

It has great transport links such as the A470 and Treharris train station is close by only 1.8 miles away from the guest house. The guest house has free private parking for two cars.

Sit out the small front area whilst enjoying a glass of wine or perhaps breakfast. The property is close to Llechwen hall and less than a mile from a quaint country pub the Llanfabon arms..lay back in our new hot tub and look at the shooting stars.. We are close enough to lots of amenities.
