There are no hidden extra payments, the nightly fee is total. Self catering cottage, originally built in the 1800's, restored and extended to provide a high standard of accommodation. Set in private gardens which extend to 23 acres and with outstanding views across the Usk valley. The garden area provides 2 large decked viewpoints, Private parking. The property has retained its original stone spiral staircase which might prove difficult for guests with mobility issues or the very young.

The village shops, restaurants and pubs are a short five minute stroll away and are well worth a visit. Magor has fantastic links being 2 minutes from the M4. We are approx 30 minutes to centre of Bristol and 30 minutes to Cardiff, 20 minutes to centre of Newport and 10 minutes to the Celtic Manor Resort and ICC.

It has stunning 180 degrees views of the valley and has fantastic local walks and bike routes from the doorstep. Local attractions include The Brecon Beacons National Park, Cardiff city and Bay, Bike Park Wales, Cwmcarn Forest, Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal and The Big Pit National Coal Museum. Perfect Dog walking country.

The Folly is on the first floor and is part of a contemporary country house set in four acres of gardens and paddocks. It is fully furnished to a high standard and very private. Situated down a quarter of a mile single track green lane (Not appropriate for low chassised cars). Located on a 4 acre small holding, with chickens, sheep, goats and 3 cats. Backing onto Wentwood forest. Wentwood is the perfect place to explore on foot or bicycle with public footpath access on the doorstep.
