El apartamento de 55 m2 dispone de 4 espacios abiertos, estar, cocina, espacio de trabajo y dormitorio, éste se puede independizar con las puertas móviles si lo desea. El espacio juega con diferentes alturas para ofrecer variados ambientes acogedores, muy iluminado ya que consta de 5 ventanales. Desde el estar se disfruta de las vistas a la plaza peatonal tranquila y arbolada. La casa dispone además de los servicios indicados en el apartado correspondiente, de microondas, cafetera de cápsulas Tassimo, tostadora. El frigorifico con congelador se situa bajo la encimera. El baño dispone además de una duchita perineal junto al inodoro para la limpieza íntima. Estaré a la recepción y a la despedida. Contactar antes de la llegada El barrio se sitúa en torno al Centro Flamenco, lugar de encuentro cultural durante todo el año, y la Iglesia de la Merced. La tranquilidad de la plaza contrasta con la alegría de los restaurantes de las calles Sopranis y Plocia, y del Ayuntamiento. La plaza y las calles del barrio son peatonales pero dispone de acceso desde las calles de tráfico a 3 minutos andando. Existe aparcamiento subterráneo en la plaza del Ayuntamiento a 5 minutos andando. El apartamento está situado en la ruta turística número 1. Spacious, modern apartments over 65 m², consisting of living-dining room with a large, comfortable sofa-bed, fully-equipped separate kitchen and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with 1.80 m double bed and another with 1.35 m bed or bunk bed with two 90 cm beds. -Weekly cleaning is included in stays over 7 days. At the moment of check-out for shorter stays. An extra cleaning service is available upon request for an additional charge.
