This luxurious apartment, just completely renovated, is close to the world's coolest neighborhood for 2022 - named by Time Out, Cais do Sodré, and the design district - Santos. 5-minutes to the Time Out Market and next to the Bica Elevator that leads directly to Bairro Alto, and Chiado neighborhoods. The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.
