Apartamento Ático con vistas Roní (Portainé)

Este apartamento es tranquilo. Todo exterior. Consta de salón/comedor con cocina americana, balcón con vistas , sofá, smart TV. La cocina viene equipada con nevera, lavadora, microondas, vitrocerámica, utensilios para cocinar, cafetera Nespresso y tradicional. El baño es completo. Dispone de dos habitaciones, una con cama de matrimonio y que tiene un pequeño balcón exterior y la segunda con dos camas individuales. Wake up above the clouds, surrounded by silence, spectacular sunsets and breathtaking views of the Pyrenees. We built Casa Vallivell using natural materials and with the desire to create a place of calm and connection with nature. Located in the sunny medieval village of Cervoles (1,200 m), it is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, yoga, meditation, swimming in mountain lakes and birdwatching. A perfect retreat to disconnect and enjoy nature all year round.

Precioso Granero en un valle & rio

El granero dispone de un salón comedor con cocina negra, una habitación con cama doble, altillo con dos camas y sofá cama en el salón. También tiene doble ducha con ventana para poder admirar la naturaleza mientras te duchas. Chimenea, piscina y rio. Y un entorno con un conjunto monumental formado por una iglesia románica con cripta, un cementerio modernista y poblado íber a 5min. Espectacular! A 5 min un restaurante rural y a 10 min el pueblo/ciudad.

Can Comella

Can Comella està integrada en el teixit urbà del poble de Gavarra, un poble que a mitjans del S XX es va vincular al municipi de Coll de Nargó. Fins a principis del segle passat la casa estava habitada. Tot i les seves reduïdes dimensions, els elements constructius que conformen l'estructura d'aquest edifici són els originals, circumstància que converteix Can Comella en un exemple valuòs de l'arquitectura tradicional de la zona.
