Penthouse studio overlooking Golf Course/Ski hill!

Top floor remodeled condo in the Snowflake Building at East Village. Take the elevator downstairs, lay your skis or board on the snow and enjoy an 8 minute ride up Super Bee lift that takes you up 2700 vertical ft of terrain for skiiers of all levels. For those who dont ski you can enjoy the tubing hill directly next to the lift, eat lunch at one of the restraunts downstairs or relax in the unit and enjoy the vast mountain views of Ten Mile Range and watch the skiers coming down.
