Of course it’s for THE VIEW (August through November free cancelling/refund if a hurricane is predicted/island issues evacuation.

Beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath Ocean View Home with Pool - Sleeps 10. The Purple Pelican offers a variety of stunning spaces! You can relax in the hammock on the balcony while enjoying views of the ocean waves or spend time in the fenced backyard by the pool. You’ll love your stay here! For an additional $250 per week or less, the pool can be heated to a maximum temperature of 84 degrees. This option must be added to your reservation 48 hours before arrival.
