Beautifully decorated & upgraded beachside 2 bed/2bath ground floor unit with an assigned parking spot right next to your patio entrance. Natural light fills the condo. The patio gets plenty of sunshine from its southern exposure positioning so it offers a great place to enjoy your coffee in the morning, wine at night, or to catch up on your tan. The sunshade allows for a private outdoor experience when you just want to sit quietly alone listening to the ocean waves crashing along the beach.

Tastefully updated 3 bedroom 2 bath beach condo offers panoramic ocean and pool views from the living room, dining room, master bedroom, and balcony. This unit is located on the 4th floor (top floor of the building) with elevator access, and has recently been entirely renovated. This complex has an Oceanside pool/ hot tub/kiddie pool as well an indoor heated pool, sauna, tennis courts, racquetball court, and fitness center in the clubhouse.
