Adorable one bed cottage with fabulous views.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set in 17 acres of private fields and woodland,this delightfully decorated and characterful cottage provides stunning views over the vale towards the Cotswolds. The cosy and comfortable accommodation provides all that is needed for a romantic break in this idyllic part of the countryside. The cottage is ideally situated to discover the delights that this idyllic region has to offer,with fabulous walks, bicycling and tourist attractions nearby.

The Ndoro Carriage with use of A Natural Pool.

This Ndoro Carriage is so romantic! It has that fabulous feeling of being cozy yet spacious... A true delight with a cabin bedroom, where you can watch the wildlife stroll across the field. The kitchenette has all the facilities you’re likely to need, with bistro table. Theres a snuggly sofa to enjoy the view, curl up and read a book. Outside, there's a private patio where you can sip your wine and watch the sun go down. Do come and enjoy our Natural Pool, it’s an amazing experience!

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The Apartment

"The Apartment" is a self contained 1 bedroom detached apartment. It is set within 2 acres of land and is adjacent to the owners own 1830's Georgian home. "The Apartment's" French doors open up to a covered veranda which overlooks a 1/3 of an acre of Orchard, boasting fruit trees of plums, pears & apples .To the side there is also Hot Tub. During your stay you have sole use of this private area and Hot Tub .Guest may want to bring flip flops as the Hot Tub is sat on Cotswold stones.

Larch clad architect designed contemporary annexe.

Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway in the beautiful South Cotswolds. The Annexe is a separate dwelling next to an architecturally award winning contemporary house located in a quiet village. The larch clad property has an industrial, boho meets the Cotswold vibe with its own private wild flower garden, perfect for alfresco dining. Excellent location for walking, running and cycling. Close to the beautiful town of Cirencester, idyllic picturesque villages and gastro pubs galore!

Private, luxurious and cosy shepherd hut

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

Large flat screen in sitting room and television in both bedrooms. Upstairs bathroom & loo and additional shower room & loo downstairs Lots of lovely walks in the area and village pub also in walking distance. Close to Devizes & Marlborough with good independent shops and restaurants

The Old Bakery At The Grange

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.

Coach House

A stylish self-contained annex, next to our house, in a beautiful picturesque rural Wiltshire village. The Garden Annex has a well equipped kitchen/ dinner, spacious sitting room, double bedroom, bathroom with bath and overhead shower and full use the garden. It's also Ideally situated for exploring Avebury, Stonehenge, Marlborough, Bath or for simply enjoying the beautiful country walks and local pub the village has to offer.

This 400-year-old cosy cottage, sits opposite the historic church. Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.
