Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

Situated in the medieval grid near the historic Theatre Royal. Less than a 5 minute walk to the centre of town, to the Abbey Gardens, Abbey ruins and the historic St Edmundsbury Cathedral. Bury St Edmunds is a medieval market town and is known as the foodie capital of Suffolk with an abundance of restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars. Free car parking in secure garage but please note maximum height is 1.7m. If needed we can assist with street parking for other vehicles

The house is also only a 30 min walk to the West Suffolk Hospital, so is an ideal base whether it be to explore Bury or to visit patients or work at the hospital.

Our converted barn is in a peaceful location and beautiful setting. In close proximity to a stunning local nature reserve and a short drive from historic Bury St Edmunds and Lavenham. The station in the local village of Thurston offers regular services to Cambridge and Norwich. The area has plenty of country walks,great pubs and restaurants, and the Suffolk coast is within an hours drive.
