Zur Wohnung gehört eine eigene Terrasse und ein großer Parkplatz ist auch direkt vor der Türe. Bis in die Aachener Innenstadt benötigt man 10 Min. mit dem Auto. ( Belgien 20 Min., Holland 10 Min.) mein Studio liegt auf der ersten Etage(mit Aufzug) . Es ist sehr gemütlich und funktional eingerichtet . Bäcker 10m,Bahnhof 450 m, Kaufhaus 50 m.Zentrum 900 m.,Parkhaus nur 20 m entfernt . Das Studio liegt sehr zentral und alle Annehmlichkeiten sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.

The room with personal entry is nicely furnished and has a private ensuite bathroom. There is WIFI- connection, an electric kettle, coffee and tea. The room shows to the backyard with trees and is quiet. There is direct access to the small garden via the entrance hall.
